AT 425 AM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE CITY
OF DUBLIN. HEAVY RAINFALL HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR THE PAST TWO HOURS
AND FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. MOVEMENT IS NORTH AT 20 MPH.
