AT 420 PM MDT THE DAVIS MOUNTAIN RESORT REPORTTED A 3 FOOT WALL OF
WATER IN LIMPIA CANYON.
 
RADAR AND SATELLLITE SHOWS THUNDERSTORMS SOME WITH HEAVY RAIN IN THE
MOUNTAINS NORTH OF FORT DAVIS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 TO 25
MILES AN HOUR.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

NORTH OF VALENTINE TEXAS BETWEEN MARFA AND VAN HORN IN WEST TEXAS, THE
FUNNEL LASTED ONLY A FEW MINUTES AND DISSAPPEARED. COMDITIONS AT THIS
TIME ARE NOT FAVORABLE FOR SIGNIFICANT TONADIC ACTIVITY AS ONLY LIGHT
TO MODERATE RAINSHOWERS ARE APPARENT ON RADAR.
