THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      WESTERN MONITEAU

AT 630 PM THE COLUMBIA WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTH OF THE TOWN OF CALIFORNIA...20 MILES WEST
OF JEFFERSON CITY.  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN
HOUR.  TORRENTIAL RAINS...STRONG DAMAGING WINDS...SMALL HAIL
AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM AS IT
MOVED THROUGH MORGAN COUNTY.

THIuS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  MOVE INSIDE UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
