SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN CENTRAL MISSOURI

AT 10PM STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE MOVING OVER THE
CITY OF COLUMBIA. STREETS AND LOW LYING AREAS ARE NEARLY FLOODED AND
MAY FLOOD SOON WITH ANY ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
