VISIBILITY AT THE DUBUQUE REGIONAL AIRPORT WAS 1/2 OF A MILE AND VISIBILITIES OF NEAR ZERO ARE POSSIBLE AROUND THE TRI-STATE THIS MORNING ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS NEAR THE RIVER. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE LOWER 70S WHILE WIND WAS SOUTHERLY IN DIRECTION AT 10 TO 15 MILES AN HOUR. OUTLOOK THROUGH MID-MORNING...FOGGY SKIES TO CONTINUE WITH DENSE FOG REDUCING THE VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO IN SOME AREAS. A THUNDERSTORM IS POSSIBLE. THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. HEAVY RAINS...STRONG WINDS AND LIGHTNING HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS.
