AT 3 48 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS OVER THESE
COUNTIES...THIS RAIN COMBINED WITH ALREADY SATURATED SOILS AND
FULL STREAMS MAY CAUSE THEM TO OVERFLOW.
