SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 615 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS

AT 500 PM CDT RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 25 MILES NORTH OF
DODGE CITY NEAR HANSTON IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND SHOULD BE OVER JETMORE BY 520PM.
OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM 30 MILES NORTH OF PRATT OR NEAR
ST JOHN SOUTHWARD TO 50 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DODGE CITY ALONG THE
KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA BOARDER.

THE CITIES OF COLDWATER..GREENSBURG..AND KINSLEY WERE IN THE CENTER OF THE STORM SYSTEM. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE ALONG A PROTECTION..PRATT..LARNED LINE BY 1 PM. DODGE CITY RECEIVED 0.08 HUNDRETHS FROM A BRIEF THUNDERSTORM JUST BEFORE NOON.
