THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS
...EASTERN MEADE...GRAY...WESTERN CLARK
AT 315 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN GRAY
COUNTY...AND IN THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE 20 TO 25 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST
EAST-SOUTHEAST OF LIBERAL. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE
NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. THE STORMS IN THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE
WILL BE ENTERING EASTERN MEADE AND WESTERN CLARK COUNTIES WITHIN THE
NEXT HALF HOUR.
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
