SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS
...SOUTHERN GRAY...NORTHERN MEADE
AT 615 PM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 35 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF
GARDEN CITY OR ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF COPELAND MOVING EAST NORTHEAST
AT NEARLY 50 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM HAD PRODUCED LARGE HAIL IN
NORTHERN SEWARD COUNTY AND CONTINUED TO BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY
HEAVY RAINS...LARGE HAIL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND POSSIBLY A TORNADO.
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER
