HEAVIER THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED IN NORTHWESTERN POTTER COUNTY. BRADFORD PENNSYLVANIA REPORTED WIND GUSTS OF OVER 50 MPH WHEN THE STORMS PASSED BY THEM.
