TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.

...A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM THIS EVENING FOR DEWITT...
GOLIAD...JACKSON...LAVACA AND VICTORIA COUNTIES...

AT 315 PM CST VICTORIA RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM JUST SOUTH OF SAN SABA TO COTULLA.  THE
STRONGEST THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING INTO LA SALLE COUNTY NORTHWEST OF
COTULLA.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

RESIDENTS IN THE CROSSROADS SHOULD KEEP ALERT TO CHANGING WEATHER
CONDITIONS THE REMAINDER OF THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING.
