WITH THE GROUND ALREADY SATURATED AND STREAMS RUNNING NEAR BANKFUL
LEVELS FROM HEAVY RAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING... FLOODING OF
URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS IS LIKELY.
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
