THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 AM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF OHIO
      MAHONING

AT 1050 PM EDT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RECEIVED REPORTS FROM
BOARDMAN POLICE OF FLOODING OF STREETS AND BASEMENTS IN LOW LYING
AREAS. WEATHER RADAR INDICATES AREAS OF MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY
HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS MAHONING COUNTY. THIS PRECIPITATION IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL AROUND MIDNIGHT.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOOD WATERS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.@
