AT 1135 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED RAIN CONTINUING IN YORK ..CHESTER ..AND
LANCASTER COUNTY. IN YORK COUNTY HIGHWAY 97 NEAR SMYRNA IN UNDER ABOUT
4 FEET OF WATER. IN WESTERN CHESTER COUNTY FLOODING AND EVACUATIONS
ARE OCCURRING AT LOCKHART. THE CATAWBA IN WESTERN LANCASTER COUNTY
WILL FLOOD FROM EARLIER RAINS. RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL
SUNRISE.
