A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHERN NEW YORK AND
VERMONT...FROM CHITTENDEN...WASHINGTON AND CALEDONIA COUNTIES SOUTH.

THE WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM TONIGHT.

A 530 PM A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING INTO WESTERN VERMONT AT
45 MILES PER HOUR. ANOTHER GROUP OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER CENTRAL
ORANGE COUNTY NEAR CORINTH.

NO SEVERE WEATHER HAD BEEN REPORTED FROM ANY OF THE STORMS IN
NORTHERN NEW YORK OR VERMONT...BUT...THEY DO CONTAIN VERY HEAVY RAIN...
STRON GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLE HAIL.
