...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WIND HAVE DEVELOPED OVER
DEEP SOUTH TEXAS...

AT 240 PM CDT BROWNSVILLE RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS
SCATTERED OVER DEEP SOUTH TEXAS...ADJACENT GULF WATERS AND
NORTHEAST MEXICO. HEAVIEST RAIN WAS LOCATED OVER HIDLAGO COUNTY NEAR
MISSION AND MCALLEN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF SEVERAL INCHES ARE POSSIBLE
OVER A SHORT TIME PERIOD. THAT WILL CAUSE LOCAL FLOODING. AVOID LOW
LYING AREAS.

OTHER STORMS WERE LOCATED OFFSHORE KENEDY COUNTY ABOUT 50 MILES.
MARINERS BE WARY FOR BLINDING RAIN...GUSTY WIND AND ROUGH SEAS.
