A FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL RIVERS AND STREAMS AND SIGNIFICANT URBAN
FLOODING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 AM EDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN HARTFORD
COUNTY AND SOUTHERN TOLLAND COUNTY. THIS INCLUDES THE GREATER HARTFORD
METROPOLITAN AREA.
 
NEARLY 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN TODAY OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL
CONNECTICUT AND RAIN HAS BEEN FALLING AT RATES OVER AN INCH PER HOUR.
THE LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IS
REDEVELOPING OVER THE SAME AREAS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
