A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC IN THE VICINITY OF JEROME ABOUT
4:45 PM THIS AFTERNOON. A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS WAS ALSO REPORTED IN THE
MURTAUGH ABOUT 4:35 PM BUT THIS FUNNEL DISSIPATED WITHOUT TOUCHING THE
GROUND. SATELLITE AND RADAR INDICATES A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER
SOUTH CENTRAL IDAHO MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST.

SCATTERED THUNDERSHOWERS ARE OCCURRING IN SOUTHERN IDAHO THIS
EVENING.  THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE THAT THUNDERSHOWERS WILL ALSO
DEVELOP IN NORTHERN IDAHO.  STRONG GUSTY WINDS WERE REPORTED WITH
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE TWIN FALLS AREA SHORTLY AFTER 4PM.

THIS STORM ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THROUGH THE EVENING
WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF BRIEF STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND BLOWING DUST
AS WELL AS LIGHTNING.  LOOSE ITEMS SHOULD BE SECURED.
