COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      NORTHEAST ROLETTE...

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NORTH DAKOTA
      NORTHERN TOWNER...

AT 210 PM CDT A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED OVER BELCOURT NORTH
DAKOTA WHICH IS 75 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF DEVILS LAKE.
BISMARCK WEATHER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE
SAME VICINITY MOVING SOUTHEAST 30 TO 35 MPH.
