AT 1223 THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO 12 MILES WEST OF SHAMROCK. THIS
STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND SHOULD BE APPROACHING MAGIC
CITY SHORTLY. MAGIC CITY IS 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WHEELER.
