AT 220 PM A LINE OF SHOWERS AND WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WAS FROM RUTLAND VERMONT TO UTICA AND BINGHAMTON. THE MOST ACTIVE STORMS WERE BETWEEN UTICA AND BINGHAMTON. THEY WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL REACH SCHOHARIE COUNTY BETWEEN 245 AND 315 PM. SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL HERKIMER AND SOUTHEAST HAMILTON COUNTY WILL REACH PARTS OF THE EASTERN MOHAWK VALLEY BETWEEN 245 AND 315 PM. EVEN THOUGH THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE QUITE ISOLATEDQ...MORE MAY DEVELOP... AND THEY HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE STRONG...DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL.

AT 300 PM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE FROM CENTRAL HAMILTON AND HERKIMER COUNTIES IN THE ADIRONDACKS SOUTHWEST TO BINGHAMTON. THE THUNDERSTORM WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN AND MOST FREQUENT LIGHNTING WAS MOVING INTO THE WESTERN CATSKILLS. ALL THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST ABOUT 40 MPH. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE OUT OF THE ADIRONDACKS INTO THE MOHAWK VALLEY BETWEEN 315 PM AND 345 PM. ALSO...THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING THROUGH THE WESTERN CATSKILLS AND NEAR THE SULLIVAN-ULSTER COUNTY LINE BETWEEN 345 PM TO 415 PM. AT 340 PM THUNDERSTORMS WERE FROM SOUTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY INTO SARATOGA COUNTY. MORE WERE IN THE WESTERN CATSKILLS AND IN FULTON COUNTY OF THE EASTERN MOHAWK VALLEY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH THE HEAVISET RAIN AND MOST FREQUENT LIGHTNING WERE IN THE WESTERN CATSKILLS AND WILL BE MOVING INTO SULLIVAN AND ULSTER COUNTIES BY 400 PM. THEY/LL CROSS THE COUNTY LINES BETWEEN ABOUT TURNWOOD IN ULSTER COUNTY AND ROSCOE IN SULLIVAN COUNTY.
