FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST MASSACHUSETTS
 
   ...BERKSHIRE COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAIN FELL OVERNIGHT ACROSS BERKSHIRE COUNTY AND WAS STILL
OCCURRING OVER PARTS OF THE COUNTY AT 745 AM. STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN
REPORTED IN PARTS OF WESTERN BERKSHIRE COUNTY INCLUDING THE PITTSFIELD
AREA AND MANY STREAMS HAVE RISEN TO NEAR BANKFULL. FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS WILL REMAIN LIKELY FOR AWHILE THIS MORNING.
 
A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MANY FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
ONE...ON FOOT.  TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.
