ALL STORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL IS EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS, B UT RADAR AT THIS TIME DOES NOT INDICATE ANY SEVERE STORMS IN NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.
