EXTREME NORTHEAST INYO

SATELLITE DATA INDICATES THAT A THUNDERSTORM HAS PERSISTED OVER THE
WHITE MOUNTAINS EAST OF BISHOP FOR THE LAST 2 TO 3 HOURS...AND FLASH
FLOODING IS LIKELY ALONG THE WEST SLOPES OF THE WHITE MOUNTAINS EAST
OF BISHOP.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT. TAKE NECESSARY
