WARNING UNTIL 400 PM MST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

SOUTHEAST ARIZONA..SANTA CRUZ

AT 220 PM TUCSON RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN IN THE NOGALES AREA.
REPORTS FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONELL IN THE AEEA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN
FROM RIO RICO SOUTH...AND OF WATER RUNNUNG OVER PARTS OF I-19.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING HAS ALREADY OCCURRED OR IS
IMMINENT.  PEOPLE IN THE AFFECTED AREA SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR
