AT 1140 PM CDT RAINFALL REPORTS OF UP TO 8 INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED
OVER NORTHERN NOWATA COUNTY. HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE IN THIS AREA FOR THE NEXT TWO TO THREE HOURS WITH ADDITIONAL
AMOUNTS OF TWO TO THREE INCHES POSSIBLE.
