COUNTY ROAD 90 IN LOWER SEBASTIAN COUNTY FLOODED...HEARSILL
CREEK AT HIGHWAY 10 UP TO THE BRIDGE...OTHER STREETS AND
ROADS ARE LIKELY FLOODING IN THE AREA.

ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
