AT 1153 AM CDT...THE THUNDERSTORM THAT HAD DEVELOPED OVER NORTHWEST
TOPEKA AT 1130 AM...HAD DISSIPATED.

WITH A VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS IN PLACE OVER EASTERN NORTHEAST
EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS LIKELY LATER
ON THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS OF SEVERAL INCHES COULD
FALL IN A BRIEF PERIOD OF TIME WITH SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS.
