FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING PARISH...
IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA
...OUACHITA
AT 5350 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SHREVEPORT SHOWED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST LOUISIANA. THE STRONGER STORMS WERE
INDICATED ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF FARMERVILLE..5 MILES WEST OF
BASTROP..5 MILES EAST OF MONROE..NEAR RAYVILLE..AND 8 MILES NORTHEAST
OF WINNSBORO. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 20 MPH.
POSSIBLE TORNADOES WERE INDICATED IN THE STORM 5 MILES WEST OF BASTROP
IN MOREHOUSE PARISH AND THE STATE POLICE REPORTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
NEAR I-20 AND THE START EXIT SOUTHEAST OF THE MONROE REGIONAL AIRPORT.
