FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 PM PDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA
          ...SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO

HEAVY RAINS HAVE CAUSED FLOODING WITH DEBREE ON HIGHWAY 8 FROM BUCKMAN
SPRINGS ROAD NEAR THE SUMMIT TO THE TOWN OF BOULEVARD.  FLOODING
REPORTED BY CALTRANS IS COMING FROM HEAVY RAINS OF THUNDERSTORMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
