AT 9 PM EDT RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN
OVER THE COUNTIES OF PATRICK FLOYD AND SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY IN SOUTHWESTERN
VIRGINIA.

THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 15 MPH.

DUE TO THE SLOW MOVING STORMS..SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS POSSIBLE
ESPECIALLY OVER NORTHEAST PORTION OF PATRICK COUNTY WHERE THE
HEAVIEST RAIN IS FALLING AT THIS TIME.
