THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 100 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF IDAHO
      NORTHERN BANNOCK...SOUTHWEST BINGHAM...NORTHERN POWER

AT 12:10PM THIS AFTERNOON A FUNNEL CLOUD DEVELOPED 15 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF THE POCATELLO AIRPORT.  AT 12:13PM THIS AFTERNOON
THE FUNNEL CLOUD WENT BACK UP INTO THE THUNDERSTORM CLOUD.

THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MILES
AN HOUR AND IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING ANOTHERP FUNNEL CLOUD OR A
TORNADO.

IF A TORNADO OR FUNNEL CLOUD APPROACHES...TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
