AT 325 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING
FROM NEAR MANNSVILLE TO OAKLAND TO LEBANON MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT
35 MILES PER HOUR. WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH MAY BE EXPECTED ALONG
THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS AS IT MOVES THROUGH
RAVIA...TISHOMINGO...MADILL...AND THE NORTHERN PART OF LAKE TEXOMA BY
415 AM.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.

LINE. THE CITIES OF WICHITA FALLS...HASKELL...HENRIETTA...MONTAGUE...
ARCHER CITY AND SEYMOUR ARE IN THE WATCH AREA...

A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT WAS WEST OF THE AREA MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH.
THE THUNDERSTORMS IN THIS LINE WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND IS
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE WATCH AREA.

AT 1020 CDT RADAR INDICATED THE LEADING EDGE OF THE RAIN AREA FROM EAST
OF LUBBOCK TO CROWELL  NORTHEASTWARD INTO OKLAHOMA TO NEAR MCALESTER.
VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING IN THE CROWELL AREA.

ACROSS JEFFERSON AND CARTER COUNTIES...ROUGHLY FROM RATLIFF CITY TO
GRADY. VERY HEAVYj RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THESE
