THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

   IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK
      WESTCHESTER

...FLOOD WARNING FOR THE SAW MILL AND THE BRONX RIVERS...

HEAVY RAIN HAS MOVED INTO AREA ONCE AGAIN FROM THE SOUTHEAST AND WILL
BE CONTINUING ACROSS THE AREA FOR THE NEXT 3 TO 4 HOURS. THIS WILL
PROBABLY CAUSE RIVER LEVELS TO RISE RAPIDLY THIS EVENING AND EARLY
TONIGHT AND PERSONS IN THE VICINITY OF THESE RIVERS SHOULD BE ALERT
FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF FLOODING.

MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT T?RY TO RIDE THROUGH HEAVILY PUDDLED AREAS AND
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IN SECTIONS WHERE THE RIVERS ARE OVERFLOWING THEIR
BANKS.
