PERSONS ENGAGED IN OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES IN NORTHERN DOUGLAS AND TODD COUNTIES OF WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA SHOULD BE ALERT TO THIS ADVANCING STORM AND TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFETY IF THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS APPROACHES.
