AT 420 AM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF
POPLARVILLE MISSISSIPPI MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH. THE STORM WILL
MOVE BETWEEN POPLARVILLE AND LUMBERTON DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
