SMALL HAIL ARE MOVING INTO NORTHEAST ARKANSAS. DANGEROUS LIGHTNING
CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS.
CONDITIONS FAVOR THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS AND
