GARDEN CITY. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT AROUND 15 MILES AN HOUR.

GAINES COUNTIES IN TEXAS AND LEA COUNTY IN NEW MEXICO UNTIL 1000 PM CDT... AT 427 PM...THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...WERE SCATTERED IN A 150 MILE WIDE AREA FROM THE BIG BEND THROUGH SAN ANGELO TO NEAR SWEETWATER. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS NEAR STERLING CITY. ELSEWHERE...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE WIDELY SCATTERED FROM CARLSBAD NEW MEXICO TO NEAR THE GUADALUPE PASS IN TEXAS. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
