RAIN AND HAIL...WERE BUILDING RAPIDLY OVER MOST OF WEST TEXAS AND
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO.

HEAVIEST RAIN WAS LOCATED NEAR SAN ANGELO...30 MILES WEST OF SARAGOSA...
AND JUST SOUTH OF THE MIDLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. MARBLE SIZE HAIL
AND HEAVY RAIN WAS REPORTED AT CHANNEL 9 AT 220 PM.
