LOCATED BETWEEN LAMESA AND BIG SPRING...ALSO NEAR SAN ANGELO AND
STERLING CITY. THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING NEAR OZONA AND WEST OF
LUBBOCK.

MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
