ON TORNADO ON BLACK BAYOU BETWEEN HOUMA AND MORGAN CITY. WEATHER
SERVICE RADAR SHOWS NUMEROUS HEAVY SHOWERS IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE
MOVING NORTHWEST ABOUT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
