FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING PARISH...

IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA
          ...ST.MARY

RADAR AT 620 AM INDICATED MODERATE TO OCCASIONAL HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING
OVER ST. MARY PARISH. FLOODING WAS STILL BEING REPORTED FROM
THE FRANKLIN AREA SOUTHEAST TO THE MORGAN CITY AREA. PORTIONS OF
THE HIGHWAY BETWEEN THESE TWO CITIES STILL REPORTED A FOOT OF WATER.
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
