THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 915 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTY
IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
EXTREME SOUTHWEST HOLT
AT 830 PM CDT RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG
THE ROCK COUNTY AND HOLT COUNTY LINE 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ONEILL.
THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR TOWARD SWAN LAKE.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY
LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING
AREA. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN ALSO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE
OR NO WARNING.
IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE...TAKE SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. REMAIN
