AT 820 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN
EXTREME SOUTHWEST CARTER COUNTY MOVING SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 40 MILES AN
HOUR. THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO NORTHWEST ELLIOTT COUNTY BY 845.
