AT 635 PM EST RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 25 MILES
WEST OF FORT WAYNE OR 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF COLUMBIA CITY INDIANA
MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
