AT 300 AM CST...RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL OVER HOPKINS COUNTY KENTUCKY.
MANY STATE AND COUNTY RAODS WERE UNDER WATER.
IF YOU LIVE NEAR A CREEK OR RIVER...STAY ALERT TO THE WATER LEVEL AND
BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF NEEDED. MANY LOW LYING AREAS
