THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1130 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF KENTUCKY
      MONROE...BARREN

AT 830 AM CDT THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE AROUND BOWLING
GREEN KENTUCKY AND THEY EXTENDED EAST ALONG AND 50 MILES NORTH OF
THE TENNESSEE KENTUCKY STATE LINE. RAIN WAS FALLING AT A RATE OF
1 INCH AN HOUR OR GREATER. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY EAST.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOU TO CROSS SAFELY PLUS
THE ROADWAY MAY BE WASHED OUT. A VEHICLE CAUGHT IN RISING WATER
SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGH GROUND.

TAKE THE NECCESSARY PRECAUTIONS. REPORT FLOODING TO THE NEAhREST
LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY FOR RELAY TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.
