AT 850 PM CDT...RAINS OF UP TO ONE TO TWO INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN THE
BOURBON COUNTY AREA SINCE 6PM. FORT SCOTT POLICE REPORTED WIDESPREAD
STREET FLOODING IN FORT SCOTT...WITH WATER UP TO ONE TO TWO FEET IN
PLACES.
 
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE BOURBON COUNTY AREA HAVE SHOWN LITTLE MOVEMENT
AND SHOULD CONTINUE UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
