FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS
          ...BRAZORIA
 
TROPICAL STORM ALLISON HAS PRODUCED BANDS OF THUNDERSTORMS WHICH
CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS IN BRAZORIA COUNTY. OVER 7 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS ALREADY OCCURRED AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF
10 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.
 
THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGHTOUT
TODAY.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
