STORM WAS ONLY A FEW MILES NORTHWEST OF HUGOTON AND WILL BE IN THE
HUGOTON AREA BY 415 PM CDT.

THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND DEVELOPING RAPIDLY. HEAVY RAINS...STRONG WINDS AND SMALL HAIL AS+ WELL AS DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
